195 Food Tastings
with Head Chef Anton Manganaro
Our series of tastings has proven very popular and last month we hosted a
cheese tasting with the very entertaining
Tom Badcock from The Cheese Cellar, our supplier of all British cheeses. We travelled through the history of cheese, tasting 13 different types cheeses. Ripe pears, honey and delicious wines were the accompaniment.
Our next tasting event is planned for October and will be based on
'Foraging and Wild Foods', when Anton will be introducing seasonal wild produce, explaining what to look out for and how you can incorporate it in a meal. Anton will then be preparing dishes using wild ingredients for guests to taste.

Hayford & Rhodes, one of our highly talented florists held a client dinner in our Boardroom. They transformed the spaces into
a stunning 1920s Great Gatsby-style affair with their very own Hayford's Cocktail and a three-course meal which included pan-fried fillet of sea bream and yoghurt panna cotta with caramelised pear.
